Last night's blind tasting went off quite well. Big crowd and big fun. Had stations set up for the sauces and rubs, where folks left their comments on each item. We blew through the 12.75-pound brisket, the turkey-breast roast, the turkey sausages & bratwursts, the chicken legs and thighs, and the 4 large salmon filets. We started prepping the smoker early yesterday morning, and the last of the party left a bit before 2 this morning, so I'm exhausted.
