QOTD: What's your favorite BBQ sandwich?
If you could eat only one type of BBQ sandwich, what protein would you pick? I know this doesn't fit in the post, but there is a joint up here in Fort Worth called Woody Creek. It is home of the Gunslinger. It is a chopped brisket, sausage and hot link sandwich. It was a flavor explosion the first time I got it.
I like it. Let's make a 2nd exception: You can name a particular sandwich from a certain BBQ joint. Put the Gunslinger on the board!
