"This week, as part of the SXSW interactive festival, Texas Governor, Rick Perry hosted a small gathering for bloggers at Austin's own Iron Works BBQ. Man Up Texas was honored to have been invited. In a rather small and intimate setting, Governor Perry talked with bloggers about the amazing climate Austin, Texas, is for business, especially social media. Having just come from a live interview at the Facebook office, just around the corner, Governor Perry emphasized the important role social media plays in how people communicate in today's world, even referring to his most recent 2010 campaign.
