I really, really enjoyed the ribs. I thought the bread was a tad dry, but Brad loved it. Back to the ribs: I was surprised by how well they turned out. Not b/c I had heard they weren't good but rather simply b/c they were mail order. I just didn't expect packaged/shipped ribs to turn out like they did. I heated them at 350 (by mistake), which is much higher than the directions called for, but all's well that ends well. They were not dry at all. In fact, I found them to be moist throughout. I didn't have to navigate around any excess fat. My guess is that the fat rendered so well during the original cooking process that it looked in the flavor and moisture. Am I wrong about this? Regardless, they were spot on. However, I will say that if you're not a fan of really salty or really pepper things, they're probably not for you. I happen to like both, so they were great for me. Good job, Goode Co.!
