Which Texas BBQ joint tops your 2013 hit list?

Yesterday, I announced that voting has begun for our 2012 Readers' Choice Awards, but today I look forward to the new year. Obviously, we all want to hit our favorites, but surely there are places you've never tried but are hoping to hit up in 2013. Which Texas BBQ joint are you most interested in trying for the first time?

Looking forward to the opening of Slow Bone in Dallas in February. Jack makes great burgers and his brisket won the Meat Fight last year. I'm looking forward to checking it out.
