Smoking and smoking

Smoked a cigar next to my buddy Michael on Friday night at Habana House. I caught him up on the blog and The Q Card, and he told me about his recent brisket smoking. Sounded like it went off swimmingly. 11-pound brisket, smoked for 22 hours with mesquite. See for yourself:
