Best Brisket of 2010. Here's a bite from 2011.
More than 1 of our folks ended up going to lunch at Franklin Barbecue the day we named it our Best Brisket of 2010. Jacob sent me this pic:

lotta fat there. so who was "first" with Franklin? it seems like everyone likes it, i'm wondering how it went from obscurity to the position of regard it has today.
