I've been singing the praises of this place for many months. My advice is to get there before 11:30 and be prepared top wait in line. All the meats are exquisite! They are just in the process of moving from food trailer to brick and mortar, so grab some nostalgic Q while you can!

As far as I am concerned, this is the most important award.

And a most worthy barbecue purveyor has won.

Congrats to Franklin!

We need more pictures of that brisket.

Well, I've got an awesome closeup of a piece that I'm holding, but I didn't post it, in deference to those who cried foul last year about seeing a thumb in pictures. Psht.

Drew- I'm sending you a good close up from my private bbq photo collection, don't worry.

Mark- 11:30??? you crazy, I will be waiting an hour and half and miss out on ribs and pork if I wait that long. I prefer 10:30-10:45.

Also, while I do love Franklin's brisket oh so much, Snows and Old School could have easily grabbed this award too in my opinion.

Today was a good day to eat my favorite brisket...freezing temps + no line = meat coma! And I used the Q card ;)! They told me they got Best of 2010 today so had to come post and say that I agree!

I did end up going there for lunch today. No line. They got their new t-shirts in (with the new address). And the brisket was good as always. I had to keep cutting off bites for co-workers to taste.

Jacob: Why didn't they just get their own?!?!
