Meat on the cutting board at Cranky Frank's

The first BBQ stop of a private Texas Q Tours trip back in July was Cranky Frank's Barbeque Company (Fredericksburg, TX). When we arrived, our group settled in at picnic tables outside, while I rounded up brisket, pork ribs, & sausage inside. Below, proprietor & pitmaster Dan Martin on the cutting board.
