The Top 5 Texas BBQ joints are...

It's been a little while since I've posted a "best of" Question of the Day, so I wanted to check the pulse of the readers, particularly since so many new spots have opened for business in the last year or so. So, either in order or in no particular order, as of today (Totally get it if you change from day to day.), what are your Top 5 BBQ joints in Texas?

Franklin - Austin (even though the brisket did not live up to the hype... surprisingly devoid of smoke)
