Simple QOTD today: Which Texas BBQ joint makes the best slaw? Feel free to break your answer down into mayonnaise- versus vinegar-based slaw, non-committal types.
First off, I usually do not like cole slaw, especially mayonnaise heay ones and those that are finely chopped. That being said, John Mueller Meat Company has great slaw; just a modicum of mayo and and bit of chipotle added. Corkscrew BBQ in Spring, TX had an excellent version that interestingly is not vinegar heavy either.
