First off, I usually do not like cole slaw, especially mayonnaise heay ones and those that are finely chopped. That being said, John Mueller Meat Company has great slaw; just a modicum of mayo and and bit of chipotle added. Corkscrew BBQ in Spring, TX had an excellent version that interestingly is not vinegar heavy either.

Reply to me via Twitter: "Slaw never factors into good BBQ. But, @StilesSwitchBBQ has it down. Both of their versions are spot on tasty"

Reply to me via Twitter: "Sides? Who needs sides? Especially slaw. Sausage is a side, maybe a rib."
