The best neighbors come bearing brisket!

As I headed to the car Friday morning, our neighbor Mike flagged me down, carrying a chunk of brisket (that he smoked, as he does weekly) on some wheat bread. How's that for being neighborly?!?! Ate it in the car, on my way to Dallas. A delicious start to my weekend!
