Battle BBQ: Alabama v. Georgia

Later today, my beloved Crimson Tide square off with the Dawgs, as Bama and Georgia vie for SEC championship and the chance to take on the undefeated Notre Dame Fighting Irish. Obviously, I'm thinking about BBQ in my home state and neighboring state and wonder which you think is a better place for BBQ. Georgia (allegedly) does peaches better, but are they better at slow-cooked meats? For you Texans who probably don't care about this, feel free to weigh in on either of these Battle BBQ installments: Texas v. Alabama and/or Texas v. Georgia.
