Top 3 joints in H-Town?

Had fun reading the comments last week, when I asked for readers' top 3 picks for DFW BBQ. So, I thought I'd start the week by posing the same question for Houston: What are the best 3 BBQ joints in the Houston metro area?

For inside the loop, I would currently say Goode Company, Luling City Market and Gatlin's

So I guess we are judging this on overall (TX trinity, sides, atmosphere etc).

1. Gatlin's BBQ
2. Corkscrew BBQ
3. Virgie's

And there's a place I visited recently that really makes an argument for inclusion in the top 3.

A small trailer in Cypress, TX with a picnic bench in front of it.
Top notch central TX style brisket. Well smoked & falling off the bone ribs. Pretty good ssg links too.
