North Carolinian has solution for Texas' feral-pig problem

A Letter to the Editor in today's (12-6-10) Wall Street Journal:

Hey, I've smoked some feral pig, and it's mighty tasty. It was a young one, though. Some of 'em are too old and nasty to eat.
